CS Cup Wettbewerb
Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und nicht an den Abschluss eines Rechtsgeschäfts geknüpft. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle natürlichen Personen ab 8 Jahren mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz. Ausgenommen sind die Mitarbeitenden von allen zur Credit Suisse Group gehörenden Gesellschaften und mit dem Wettbewerb beauftragte Drittpersonen. Pro Person sind nur eine Anmeldung und eine Teilnahme zulässig. Aus zureichenden Gründen (bspw. falsche Angaben bei der Anmeldung) können Teilnehmer (auch nachträglich) ausgeschlossen werden. Einsende- bzw. Teilnahmeschluss ist der 30.06. 2017. Nach Teilnahmeschluss werden die Gewinner ausgelost und per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Über den Wettbewerb wird keine Korrespondenz geführt. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Die Teilnehmer erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass ihre Kontaktdaten von der Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG und ihren Tochtergesellschaften zu Werbe- und Marketingzwecken verwendet werden können. Die Teilnehmer können die Verwendung ihrer Daten zu Werbe- und Marketingzwecken jederzeit schriftlich ablehnen. Mit der Wettbewerbsteilnahme erkennen die Teilnehmer die obigen Bedingungen an.
La participation est gratuite et n’implique pas la conclusion d’un acte juridique. Le concours est ouvert à toutes les personnes physiques domiciliées en Suisse et âgées de 8 ans révolus, à l’exception des collaborateurs de toutes les sociétés faisant partie du Credit Suisse Group et des tiers mandatés dans le cadre de ce concours. Une seule inscription / participation est autorisée par personne. Certaines raisons légitimes (fausses informations lors de l’inscription, par exemple) pourront conduire à refuser la participation (même a posteriori) des personnes concernées. La date-limite d’envoi et de participation est le 30.06.2017. Les gagnants seront désignés par tirage au sort à l’issue du concours et informés par e-mail. Aucune correspondance ne sera échangée au sujet du concours. Tout recours juridique est exclu. Les participants acceptent que leurs coordonnées puissent être utilisées par Credit Suisse (Suisse) SA et par ses sociétés affiliées à des fins de publicité et de marketing. Les participants peuvent à tout moment refuser par écrit que leurs données soient utilisées à des fins de publicité et de marketing. La participation au concours vaut acceptation des conditions susmentionnées.
La partecipazione è gratuita e non è legata alla stipulazione di alcun negozio giuridico. Possono partecipare tutte le persone fisiche domiciliate in Svizzera che abbiano compiuto 18 anni. Sono esclusi i collaboratori di tutte le società che fanno capo a Credit Suisse Group e i terzi incaricati del concorso. Ogni persona può iscriversi e partecipare una sola volta. In presenza di motivi validi (ad es. informazioni false al momento dell'iscrizione) i partecipanti possono essere esclusi (anche successivamente). Il termine ultimo di invio e partecipazione è il 30.06.2017. Una volta trascorso il termine ultimo di partecipazione, i vincitori saranno estratti a sorte e debitamente informati per e-mail. Non si intrattiene alcuna corrispondenza in merito al concorso. È escluso il ricorso alle vie legali. I partecipanti autorizzano l’utilizzo dei loro dati personali da parte di Credit Suisse (Svizzera) SA e delle sue affiliate per scopi pubblicitari e di marketing. I partecipanti possono declinare in qualsiasi momento per iscritto il consenso all'utilizzo dei propri dati per scopi pubblicitari e di marketing. Prendendo parte al concorso i partecipanti accettano le suddette condizioni.
Participation is free of charge and is not subject to the conclusion of a legal transaction. The contest is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over domiciled in Switzerland. Employees of all companies belonging to Credit Suisse Group and third parties commissioned with the contest are excluded. Only one entry and participation per person is allowed. Participants can be disqualified, even after the contest has ended, if there are adequate grounds for doing so (e.g. giving incorrect information in the application). The deadline for entries is June 30, 2017. After the contest deadline, the winners will be chosen and notified by email. There will be no correspondence regarding the contest. All decisions are final and no legal recourse is permitted. Participants accept that their contact details may be used by Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and its subsidiaries for promotional and marketing purposes. The participants can withdraw their consent to the use of their details for promotional and marketing purposes in writing at any time. By entering the contest, participants acknowledge the above terms and conditions.
